Interview with the Vampire

This is a 1994 American drama horror film directed by Neil Jordan, based on the 1976 novel Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice. It stars Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.

The Plot

A vampire tells his epic life story: love, betrayal, loneliness, and hunger.

This film is alright but from what people have told me saying it’s really good but I think it is a bit overrated.

It is a very interesting film, although some parts I felt was bland and boring for me.

The acting was great in the film as well as the score. The score in this film I really liked.

I did like the fact that it would go back to the past although most of those scenes it reminded me of period drama which I don’t really like. To be honest I don’t hate this film but it isn’t really a film for me.

My favourite part was the ending. There aren’t much memorable scenes in this film as some were bland. The film shouldn’t have been as long as it was.

Overall, I though this film was alright. The acting and the score was great. Unfortunately this film wasn’t for me too much period kind of like drama for me. Nevertheless I didn’t hate it, but if you like period drama with vampires in it then this is the film for you.

Grave Encounters This is a 2011 Canadian supernatural horror film, shot found footage style. The Plot For their ghost hunting reality show, a production crew locks themselves inside an abandoned mental hospital that's supposedly haunted - and it might prove to be all too true. Wow this probably one of the more decent and better found footage films I have seen in a long time. I liked the whole idea that it was part of their ghost hunting reality show – thought that was cool. At the start when the host was interviewing people, the part when he ask a man if he has seen any ghosts or anything like that and just gives him 20 bucks to pretend to say that he has. That was so funny! The acting was really good in this. I find that this film has a lot more interesting and creepy stuff than any of those paranormal activity films. This film, isn’t scary...
